  • ವಿದೇಶಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಪದವಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ ಪಡೆಯಲು ಶುಲ್ಕದ ಹಣವನ್ನು ಡಾಲರ್‌ಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಮನಾದ ಭಾರತೀಯ ರೂಪಾಯಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾವತಿಸುವುದು
  • ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಸಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಸಾದ ರ್‍ಯಾಂಕ್‌ (Rank) ಪಡೆದ ಸ್ನಾತಕ (ಯು.ಜಿ.) ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ನಾತಕೋತ್ತರ(ಪಿ.ಜಿ.) ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಮಾತ್ರ ಪದವಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪಡೆಯಲು ಬಯಸಿದಲ್ಲಿ ಅರ್ಜಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ‘ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತ ‘ಎಂದು ನಮೂದಿಸುವುದು.
  • ಪದವಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ ಪಡೆಯಲು ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿದ ಶುಲ್ಕವನ್ನು ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದ ಅಂತರ್ಜಾಲ ತಾಣ (www.kud.ac.in) ಕ್ಕೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ , SBI Online Payment option ಮುಖಾಂತರ ಮಾತ್ರ ಭರಣಾ ಮಾಡಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆ. ಅಂತಿಮ ವರ್ಷದ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ ಪ್ರಕಟವಾದ ದಿನಾಂಕದ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಘಟಿಕೋತ್ಸವದ ಶುಲ್ಕವನ್ನು ಪಾವತಿಸಬೇಕು.
  • ಅಂತಿಮ ವರ್ಷದ ಅಂಕಪಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಏನಾದರೂ ತಿದ್ದುಪಡೆ ಮಾಡುವುದಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಘಟಿಕೋತ್ಸವ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವುದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಮುಂಚಿತವಾಗಿ ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವುದು.
  • ಸ್ನಾತಕೋತ್ತರ ಎಂ.ಎ./ಎಂ.ಎಸ್ಸಿ. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಪದವಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ ಪಡೆಯಲು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಬಿ.ಎ./ಬಿ.ಎಸ್ಸಿ. ಪದವಿಯ ಅಂತಿಮ ವರ್ಷದ ಅಂಕ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯ ಝರಾಕ್ಸ್ ಪ್ರತಿಯನ್ನು ಅರ್ಜಿಯ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವುದು
  • ನಕಲು/ಹೆಸರು ತಿದ್ದುಪಡೆ/ತತ್ಕಾಲ್ ಶುಲ್ಕದಡಿ ಪದವಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರ ಪಡೆಯ ಬಯಸುವ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ನೇರವಾಗಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯ, ಧಾರವಾಡ, ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ ಘಟಿಕೋತ್ಸವ ಶಾಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಪಡೆದು ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.
  • ಪದವಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ ಪಡೆಯಲು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಮಾಹಿತಿಗಾಗಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಘಟಿಕೋತ್ಸವ ಶಾಖೆಯ ದೂರವಾಣಿ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ. 0836-2215256 ಗೆ ಸಂಪರ್ಕಿಸುವುದು.
  • ಅಂಚೆ ವಿಳಾಸ: ಗೇ, ಕುಲಸಚಿವರು (ಮೌಲ್ಯಮಾಪನ) ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯ , ಪಾವಟೆ ನಗರ , ಧಾರವಾಡ -580003 ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ - (ಭಾರತ)
  • ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಸ್ವಂತ ಇಮೇಲ್ ಐ.ಡಿ. ಯನ್ನು ನಮೂದಿಸಬೇಕು.
  • ಕಳೆದ ವರ್ಷ ಘಟಿಕೋತ್ಸವಕ್ಕೆ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದಂತಹ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಈ ಘಟಿಕೋತ್ಸವಕ್ಕೆ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಅವಕಾಶವಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ
  • ಘಟಿಕೋತ್ಸವಕ್ಕೆ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವಂತಹ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಾವು ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಸರಿಯಾದ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಮೂದಿಸಿರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಿಸಿಗೊಂಡ ನಂತರ Submit ಅನ್ನು ಬಟನ್‌ನ್ನು ಒತ್ತಿರಿ
  • ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವಂತಹ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಅಂಕಪಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ (English Language) ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಕನ್ನಡದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಕೂಡ ಸರಿಯಾದ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಮೂದಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.
  • ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಅಂಕಪಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ಸರಿಯಾದ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಕ್ಯಾನ್ ಮಾಡಿ ಅಪ್‌ಲೋಡ್ ಮಾಡತಕ್ಕದ್ದು
  • ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವಾಗ ತಾವು ಅಪ್‌ಲೋಡ್ ಮಾಡಿದ ಅಂಕಪಟ್ಟಿಯು ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಯದ್ದಾಗಿರಬೇಕು.
  • ಕಳೆದ ವರ್ಷ UUCMS ಮುಖಾಂತರ ತೇರ್ಗಡೆ ಹೊಂದಿ ಘಟಿಕೋತ್ಸವ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸದೇ ಇರುವಂತಹ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು SBI Online Payment ಮುಖಾಂತರ ಶುಲ್ಕ ಭರಿಸಿ, ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

Special Instructions
  • The Foreign students shall pay the equivalent amount of fees in Indian currency.
  • Rank holders of Undergraduate(UG) and Post graduate (PG) students who have passed in the current year are required to mention as ‘Inperson’ in the application, if they want to get their degree certificate in presence.
  • The prescribed fees should be remitted through SBI Online Payment option by visiting Karnatak University website(www.kud.ac.in) to get the Degree Certificate. Further, convocation fees should be paid based on the date of declaration of final year result.
  • Any corrections in the final year statement of marks card needs to be corrected before submission of convocation application
  • The candidates have to submit Xerox copy of their B.A./B.Sc. marks cards compulsorily, for claiming their respective M.A./M.Sc. Degree certificates.
  • Students who wish to obtain Degree Certificates with Name Correction/Duplicate/Urgent Fee, can directly visit Karnatak University, Dharwad, and get information at the Convocation Section and submit the application.

  • Student should must mention their own e-mail ID
  • The students who have submitted the application for the last year Convocation is not allowed to submit the application this year
  • The students who are about to submit the application should click on submit button after going through the application correctly
  • The students who are submitting the application should mention as per the marks card in both English & Kannada correctly
  • The students should scan their marks card correctly while uploading
  • The students which submitting the application the marks card which is being uploaded should belong the same candidate & is not allowed to upload other candidates marks card.
  • Students who passed last Year and did not submit the Convocation application through UUCMS, can pay the fee through SBI Online Payment and submit the application.
